All goods will normally be shipped within 7 working days of receipt of your order. This assumes that your chosen item is in stock. Any significant delay in dispatch and we will notify you first.

Returns

Unwanted Items: Refunds will be provided when you return the unwanted item(s) within 7 working days to us in original, unused condition and its original packaging. The refund will only cover the cost of the item and not delivery charges or any charges incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

Faulty or Our Error: Full refunds will be issued for any faulty item(s) or where the return is as a result of our error. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) together will all delivery and return postal charges.
