Steve Parker Landrover sell a sunroof drain tube repair kit which I think includes all seals required.
It is not a difficult job but can be time consuming. Best follow instructions from Haynes manual and have helper on hand for removing headliner through rear door.
You will also need a long dry day or somewhere under cover.
Not sure about headliner, mine could do with replacing also !

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have a '51 plate Discovery 2, which needs a little bit of TLC. I would like to get some leaks around my sun roofs fixed. These leaks have led to my headlining beginning to sag so I will also need a new headlining. Please can you advise where I could go to get this work done and what sort of cost I would be looking at, or if I could undertake this work myself. Ideally, as I live in Coventry, I would appreciate using local companies.
Regards,
N. Warden
