Saturday’s evening venue is booked (The Windy Ridge, Saltash PL12 5BJ)

There is a option off a carvery,meat curry or a veg curry price is £8 we can have two courses for £12 so pudding and main for £12

Please can people email me so i can give rough numbers the week before.

Sundays run includes South Devon Railway Buckfastleigh TQ11 0DZ.

Also Two Bridges hotel, Dartmoor PL20 6SW here is the option of a cream tea for £5.50 again please could i be emailed for numbers

We will be update and setting a time table for people who wish to join us along the way in the near future.

Great to see all you stalwarts that were able to be on the Hoe yesterday, hope you didn't get too wet the rest of the day. Enjoy today's visit to South Devon Steam and your trip across the Moor for you cream tea.

There are some wonderful people out there
During to course of obtaining permission from Plymouth City Council to use the Hoe for our Birthday Bash I was asked if we could accommodate someone with a "Routmaster double Decker bus" for them to take photos of the bus with Smeaton's Tower in the background. We agreed to do our best to help.
The person organising the bus photo shoot/50th birthday do, offered me a box of booze which I declined suggesting that instead he could may be put a few bob in our charity tin
Well you can imagine our amazement when on the day the said gentleman came over to us and placed what we thought were two £10 notes in our charity tin BUT on closer inspection the two notes turned out to be £50 notes, yes you read it right FIFTY POUND NOTES ie One Hundred Pounds
Does a lot to restore ones faith in humanity, truly fantastic especially as they were only on the Hoe for around 20 minutes
Plus many thanks to all those who bought raffle tickets, stickers, plaques or any other form of donation
I have no idea what the grand total is yet but with a little bit of luck our two charities http://www.heartswell.org.uk/ and https://www.myeloma.org.uk/ this year will have some useful help
