Good day I had a landrover Discovery sport and took out an extended warranty paying £87 per month. I bought the car and the extended warranty from the dealer Charles Hurst I have since sold the Discovery and attempted to cancel the warranty payment only to be harassed by landrover warranty saying I had made a claim and I must keep paying even though I don't own the car now. But I tried to explain I never claimed and did not have the work they stated carried out I believe fraud has been done and claimed yet they won't accept that so all those purchasing extended warranty watch no one in the garage ever asked about work on the car no work was authorised or carried out or approved by me ?
